Brcko: Murder was looking the autopsy
Miroslav Tomic (17) from suburb Dubrave near Brcko has admitted at the presence of his parents that he had killed neighbor Mara Mrkonjic (29), then the body dragged away in maize-field. "Under-age" T.M. arrested only 23 hours after the homicide which happened on Tuesday, the 21st August in the evening", said the head of district police Goran Lujic at the extraordinarily conference for the journalists. Tomic killed Miss. Mrkonjic on the road Dubrave-Odboj when she was returning from Brcko's "Electric-power distribution" where she has worked. The killed girl was very modest and devoted to the family which she has supported. She buried on the 22nd August at the local cemetery in her Dubrave.
As we unofficially find out, the sneakers and T- shirt of the Miroslav's Tomic were stained by blood of the killed girl and were found in his house.

BIJELJINA: Police is looking for missed girl
Bijeljina's police is still looking for 16 year old girl Radmila Markovic from Ugljevik, who the last time was seen in the company of the boy Sladjan Markovic which body was found on the 20th August.
Sead Hodzic, authorized accuser Bijeljina's District prosecutor's office said that there isn't new information about missing girl, than he confirmed that the autopsy of the boy's body was done, but he still hasn't got written discovery of the expert forensic medicine from Tuzla. "I was speaking with expert by the phone, but for now because of objectively public informing I can't tell the details," said Hodzic and added that he expecting that the written discovery will get for five to ten days.
Dragomir Peric, spokesman CPS Bijeljina said that had done informative conversation with persons which would be eventually could help in clearing up of this criminal record.
"Members of the Center and local residents together searched the field in zone from five kilometers from the place where had found ford in it the body of the boy", pointed out Peric.
He mentioned that the last investigation shows that the Sladjan is probably killed. SARAJEVO: Retarded girl had been raped and then moved to the river
Employees of Federal police management according collected operative perception in cooperation with Ministry of the Interior of Una's - Sana's canton derogated from freedom M.R. (1960) from Bihac because of existence based suspicion that he has done criminal act "sexual intercourse with weak person" and criminal act "refusing help" on Tuesday, 21st August.
There is base of suspicion that M.R. had done sexual intercourse with weak person who wasn't aware of her behavior. He even knew for her condition, and she stayed pregnant. Also, there is base of suspicion that M.R. drove and left her at the brink of the abrupt coast river Una, after that the girl who is retarded and weakly sight drowned in the river.
It is reported from the Federal police management that M.R. is extradited to the Cantonal district attorney's Office Bihac, and others criminal operative acts are in circulation on this subject.

TUZLA: Professor has exploited the small girl for four years
The trial for Professor Safet Dervisevic (61) from Gradacac started by reading charges in which lay to his charge for ribald acts and sexual intercourse with child on the 23rd August in Cantonal court Tuzla.
The trial is closed for the public, and the identity of the victim protected because of sensitivity of the case.
The president of the Court Council Hurija Sarajlic, said that the victim is the 16 year old little girl from Gradacac and that the professor has started exploit her when she had almost 12 years.
Prominent Gradacac's Professor used the little girl for satisfying his sexual instincts until June last year. According to unofficial information the victim is the daughter of friend Safet Dervisevic and in judicial organs didn't want to state on which way Professor was revealed because of protecting the victim.
After introduction words of the accuser Dijana Milic and defense of Dervisevic, the statement gave the little girl who is in detail described her relation with 46 older Professor. One witness was heard, too.
Professor has arrested in May this year, and since then he is in custody.
This is the second case of sexual relationship of elderly man with under-age girl which shocks the Tuzla's canton.
One month ago the mother of the 15 year old girl E.H. from Huskic near Lukavac asked protection when she discovered that her daughter keeps intimate contacts with S.D. (64) from Tuzla. The girl confirmed that relationship with citizen of Tuzla has lasted almost two years, but that there is no force. Although, the relationship is mutually voluntary what isn't criminal offence, main cantonal accuser Sesenam Cosic cleared up that S.D will be criminal prosecute because of his exploiting of the girl before than she filled up 14 year what is law limit.
TRAVNIK: Central-Bosnian canton "excels" in violence in family
Central-Bosnian canton excels in relation to others when we speak about number of cases violence in family. The facts got from the Ministry of the Interior speak that in the first six months this year registered 24 criminal offence against marriage and family what is increase for four cases in regard to same period last year when registered 20. The fact is that the bigger number of tyrant stays unreported.
Committers are mostly men. The facts are related only on the number processed cases because these modest numbers deny the facts from only one Center for Social Work in Vitez which still show that in the last year just from area municipality Vitez help from tyrants asked 56 persons.
Amel Avdic, criminal inspector in Department for special purpose Ministry of the Interior confirmed that the 38 cases which during last year registered to the Ministry of the Interior forwarded to the prosecutor's office. Avdic added that in the number of registered tyrants excel municipality Vitez and Fojnica, and where to the prosecutor's office submitted six reports about commit criminal offence of violence. Almost, in every case except in one in Vitez the committers were husbands and that means it was about violence against wives. BANJALUKA: He killed the neighbor then himself
Vasilije Jelicic (54) from Gornji Borkovic near Banja Luka killed his first (female) neighbor Ljubinka Brkic (32), he wounded Radenko Milosevic (32) and then committed the suicide.
The tragedy happened half an hour after midnight in small village Brkici and the motive for now isn't known.
The neighbors state that the Jelicic whose house far few meters from Mrs. Brkic's came about midnight to her kitchen's window which is in the ground floor of the house. In the kitchen were sitting Mrs. Brkic and Radenko Milosevic from nearby village Milosevici. Jelicic shot through the closed window short volley from automatic rifle in the kitchen. Four shots hit the Mrs. Brkic who on the spot stayed dead, while Milosevic wounded in arm.
Jelicic returned to his house after that and killed himself from the shotgun, while wounded Milosevic runaway to the first neighbors and asked for help. Milosevic was moved to the Clinic Center Banja Luka where he had given medical help and his condition is stable. Mrs. Brkic's under-age son and daughter were in the house during the shooting, but they didn't hurt.
Although, there isn't official information about motive of the murder, local residents of the small village Brkici state that the motive is jealousy, and that Mrs. Brkic and Jelicic in love affair for years.
"Vasilije divorced from his 10 years ago. His wife after divorce took their children with her and went from his house. He has lived alone since that time. Ljubinka's husband died one year ago, and since that period she has been alone with her children in the house. They were together in relationship for years and that knows everybody in the village," state the neighbors who we found in nearness of the houses families Brkic and Jelicic. They say that Jelicic probably was jealous when he saw Milosevic at midnight in Ljubinka's house, and they suppose that from that reason came to the tragedy. /Nezavisne novine/
