Almost, all textile and shoes factories in RS act exclusively so called loan jobs: for foreign customers, from materials and modes which they send them, they produce shoes and confections which are sold per high prices at western market. Only, the price of work is enormously low. It is tragicomically that these jobs are led in official statistics as export that gives politic men for right to praise themselves with "high rate of export".

Four Mayer's places and 14, 5% places in local Assembles

Women won four from altogether 140 Mayer's mandates, in other words less 3% (2, 8 %) at October's local elections in BiH. When we speak about board member's mandates, women struggled for 465 mandates, in other words 14, 5 % places in local assembles from total 3186 board member's places in 139 Municipalities, in cities: Banja Luka, Mostar, and Brcko district.

The strongest politic parties in Republic of Srpska strive to show themselves as tolerant and "gender sensible" in order to attract voters, especially abstainers. Three leader parties in this entity with proud point out that for Mayer's function in 63 municipalities of Srpska and four municipalities in Federation BiH ran in total 14 women.

According statistic information it is visibly that in BiH graduated more women than men, but if we go further across specialistic, master's to doctor's level that number is rapidly reduced. When we speak about employees at the University, there are two times more men than women.
